ICS has a comprehensive safety program in compliance with Federal regulations, 29CFR1910 & 1926. A written site specific plan is in use. All subs are required to abide by ICS's plan and in turn provide their own. MSDS's are provided at each jobsite.

All ICS employees are trained in the OSHA 10 Hour Outreach Program and in varied safety related courses. Jobsite inspection/audits are conducted regularly with written reports forwarded to subs and the Supervisor at the various jobsites. Tool box talks are conducted weekly at all sites. The company was audited by Federal OSHA on two occasions and no citations were issued.

There have been no accidents on any jobsite in 2.5 years. ICS demands safe work practices from all employees and subcontractors along with the reporting of any unsafe acts or conditions. Any/all such reports are immediately corrected.

Safety is considered to be a 'condition' of employment and disregard of it, results in disciplinary action and/or termination. Signs, posters, first aid kits and other safety related material(s) are located at each jobsite IAW Federal, State and Industry regulations.
